And now, at the age of 51, he stars in the well-received Disney+ series Star Wars: Skeleton Crewand gave what many consider his best performance yet as an FBI agent hunting white nationalists in Idaho in the 1980s in Justin Kurzelnew movie Orderwhich premiered at the Venice Film Festival back in August, and began publishing on the platform through Vertical Pictures on December 6.

During a conversation at the Hollywood offices of Law’s publicist, the actor reflected on his journey to the film and the special relationship he formed with Minghella, who also directed it in 2006. Breaking and enteringwho died suddenly in 2008; the kind of role he deliberately avoided until he couldn’t turn down the money he was offered to star in the 2004 remake of the film.
