Luigi Mangione arrived at the scene of the crime he allegedly committed — returning to New York to face state charges after being extradited from Pennsylvania.
Suspected killer in UnitedHealthcare CEO’s slaying Brian Thompson was spotted arriving at a New York Criminal Court on Thursday, just hours after appearing in a Pennsylvania court where he officially waived extradition.

As we reported, Mangione is accused of fatally shooting Thompson outside a Manhattan hotel earlier this month and was arrested five days later at a McDonald’s in Altoona, PA.
Luigi faces charges in both states — first-degree murder and weapons charges in New York related to Thompson’s death, and weapons and false ID charges in Pennsylvania.
Mangione also reportedly faces federal criminal charges related to Thompson’s murder, but that indictment remains sealed for now.
