Terrified students at Wisconsin school where 15-year-old Natalie Rupnow opened fire are now speaking out, recalling the fear they felt as the tragic event unfolded.
Watch the video — one little boy said bravely CNN several people began to cry during the chaos at Abundant Life Christian School in Madison, WI, on Monday as they had to wait for police to arrive … before being escorted from the school to church.
Heartbreakingly, the boy added that he was very scared and just wanted to know why the killer did what she did.
One girl also shared her experience, recalling seeing an injured teacher screaming for help — which made her “very scared” and “very sad.”
No child should have to endure such terror … and the situation was made even more difficult knowing that a brave 2nd grader called 911 around 11 a.m. Monday to report a school shooting.
Sagittarius, identified as a student at the school, killing a teenager and a teacher, leaving 6 injured — 2 in critical condition.
According to the police, she died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Detectives are investigating what motivated Rupnow to carry out the horrific attack.
